Services
Housekeeping
Regular housekeeping for common areas is covered by the Service des résidences. Residents are responsible for cleaning their own rooms and public areas. See Resident Services if you have any questions.
Amenities
Accessible rooms for people with mobility impairments
Certain rooms are set up for people with reduced mobility and include a complete ensuite bathroom. Some restrictions apply.
Satellite television
Each residence features a living room with a large TV that offers multiple channels, so you can hang out and watch sports or plan a movie night!
Other on-campus services
Health services
There’s a clinic near the residences, in Pavillon Maurice-Pollack. Other health services are also available on campus.
Shopping centres
Down the street from the campus are big shopping malls with major department stores, grocery stores, restaurants, and smaller shops.
Supplementary service rates
Fees are charged for certain infractions and supplementary services. Such fees are subject to change without notice.
