Mail

Each resident has a post office box in his pavilion. Mail, registered letters and parcels are first received at the Université Laval mail center under the supervision of Service Campus. Those intended for residents are then forwarded to the Service des résidences, which ensures their distribution to the residents mailboxes.
To receive mail, residents must provide their name, room number and building address.

Sending mail

Mail chutes are located in residence lobbies.

Regular mail

Canada Post mail chutes are for sending duly prepaid mail off campus (like regular Canada Post mailboxes).

Mail for other residents or the Service des résidences

Use the «RÉSIDENCES» chute for mail addressed to other residents or the Service des résidences. If you receive mail with some else's name and your address, cross out the address and put the item in the «RÉSIDENCES» chute.

Mail for campus departments or addresses

The «CAMPUS» mail chute is for sending mail to Université Laval departments and addresses.

Parcel and registered mail pickup

Courier companies such as FedEx, Purolator, UPS, and DHL deliver to residences via the University's mail office.

When you receive registered mail or a larger package, an email is sent to you indicating the place and times at which you can pick it up. A photo ID must always be provided. You must also wait to receive an email from us before picking up your package, as these are first received in another pavilion on campus.
